Vision-2020:
1)
Total Literacy among Rabari/Raika of
Gujarat/India: We think
that Rabari/Raika of Gujarat/India is one and their origin is also same, no
Rabari/Raika should be illiterate by 2020.
2)
High Standard Public Schools: Second vision is to start initially 10 public schools on the
model of Delhi public school. These public schools
will be equipped with all modern facilities and will be English medium from the
start. All the students will be provided boarding facility in the school in
same premises our goal is to at least enroll 10000(ten thousand) students in
these schools.
3)
Career Centers in major cities: These residential career centers will
prepare students for IIM, IIT, Managements Entrance Exams, Administrative/civil
services and other professional exams to reach on high posts or become successful
businessmen.
4)
Talent and Counselors Pools:
We will form a talent and Counselors pool to support students in their career.
This pool will organize Seminars in various cities and guide the students in
their career. Online career counseling will be started. Books on different
subjects and exams will be prepared to guide the students and to excel them in
the field.
5)
Website and Online networking: We will launch website on which
students and parents can take guidance. News and Views about our society will
also be released on the website. We will try to network Rabari/Raika and other
Pastoral communities.
Strategy
to achieve the goal of Vision 2020
1) To launch an educational movement of creating
awareness and importance of education at grass root level to induce society
people, send their children to school rather than on work and leads towards literacy.
2) To launch an educational movement for the
purpose of reducing drop outs education at school levels, Graduation and post graduation
and leads towards total literacy.
3)
To promote/prepare scholar students those who
reached at 10th Std., 12th std., graduation and post
graduation for competitive professional exams.
4)
Collect the data of students all over
Gujarat/India and analyze.
5)
Scholarship scheme for poor students.
6)
Educational loan scheme for professional and
career oriented course.
7) Collect funds from society, Government and
Other institutions for career centers, public schools and hostels.
8) Form district level chapters on the lines of Rotary
or Lions international for the purpose of giving autonomy on the local level
for implementing projects.

9) Collects important officers, experts, academicians
and persons-faculties to make a pool so that quick response to the students can be given say
within 24 hours.
10) Organise Rabari / Raika
youth for educational purpose
